Production

The durability of acacia makes it the best wood in Europe for outdoor use.

Why favour Acacia ?
Acacia is a hard wood and is known for its durability. It is a natural material that is resistant to pathogens and weathering.
It therefore has several advantages after being processed:
Durability: its hardness, which is comparable to that of certain tropical woods such as teak, makes it particularly strong. With a natural lifespan of around 60 years, it is undoubtedly a long-term investment, making it the strongest European hardwood.
Environmentally friendly: As it does not require chemical treatment for outdoor use, it remains perfectly natural and therefore environmentally friendly. It is resistant to various climatic and environmental effects: temperature changes, humidity, fire and attacks by fungi, shellfish, molluscs and termites.
Natural regeneration: Acacia has the ability to regenerate by stump sprouting and suckering. It means that when we harvest a parcel, roots of acacia trees that remain in soil will grow upward and become new threes. And remaining stumps will also regenerate into new trees.
Production: Our factory is surrounded by thousands of hectares of acacia forest, which provides us with a huge, renewable resource.
Therefore, our acacia posts are suitable for all trellising and fencing applications. Our planks are perfectly suited for exterior constructions, such as floors, cladding, garden boxes, or walls.
